intricado del GPU.
Mejoramos el enfriamiento
de tu laptop te instalamos un dispositivo para aumentar las
revoluciones del abanico o cooling fan. Servicio de Reballing
rebolear chips BGA de laptops HP,Toshiba, Acer, Dell,
Lenovo,Compaq,Gateway,Lanix.
Problemas con la pantalla del Notebook o Laptop: debido al
sobrecalentamiento se "desuelda" el chip GPU NVIDIA.
*Pantalla negra o no video, rayas en la pantalla, pantallas múltiples etc....
*** La solución es volver a "soldar" el chip GPU NVIDIA, ya que
este se "despega" de la Motherboard debido al calor.
Solución temporal:
++ Reflow, aplicar calor sobre el chip GPU y presionar sobre el
para que se vuelva a "soldar" con la Motherboard.
Solución definitiva:
++ Reballing (=Reboleando), se cambian las bolas de estaño (sin
plomo y de dudosa calidad) de la soldadura (tipo BGA), por bolas de
estaño con plomo (que soporta más temperatura que el estaño sin
plomo "de inferior calidad") y se suelda a la Motherboard.
(Esto se aplica en el chip de la XBOX y en alguna versión de la
PS3, ya que también se les "despega" el chip" por el calor) .
IMPORTANTE: Además de reparar la soldadura del chip GPU NVIDIA, se
debe mejorar la disipación del calor del Notebook / Laptop,
cambiando la Pasta Térmica de la CPU y el Termic Pad de la GPU
nVIDIA, aumentando las ranuras (agujeros) de ventilación de la parte
inferior de la carcasa del Laptop o realizando un Undervolting
etc... ya que si no, ¡¡el Notebook / Laptop se seguirá
sobrecalentando!!
Maneras de Prevenir el sobrecalentamiento o solución al
sobrecalentamiento:
++ Actualizar BIOS: buscar actualización de la BIOS. Con ello el
ventilador pasará a estar "más activo" todo el rato. (Entrando en
la BIOS veréis la posibilidad de deshabilitarlo)
++ Aumentando las ranuras de ventilación (=agujeros) disminuyendo
la temperatura 10/12/14ºC:

Temperatura de la Laptop:
Una tª de unos 15ºC por encima de la tª ambiente, es la deseable
para la CPU y GPU, con nuestro procesador sin carga (Idle). La
temperatura máx admisible depende del tipo de Procesador,(mirar
especificaciones) pero en un Laptop se debe intentar, que no
sobrepase los 75ºC. La Tjunction es la tª interna de cada Core
(sensor interno). La Tcase es la tª que esta en el Chip CPU
exteriormente a los Core.
Como comprobar la temperatura de los componentes CPU (Cores), GPU, HDD,
Chip Motherboard, de la Laptop:
